Our Privacy Policy is uniquely simple because our software is completely offline. Alessio Collongues does not collect, transmit, view, or store any of your AWS Cost & Usage Reports (CUR), cloud credentials, or infrastructure metadata. What happens on your machine stays on your machine.

2. Information We Collect

We only collect the absolute minimum data required to process your payment and deliver your license key. When you purchase Tungsten via our payment processor, we receive:

• Your email address (to send the executable and license key).
• Your name or company name (for invoicing purposes).
• Purchase history and license generation metadata.

We do not have access to your full credit card details. That information is securely processed and encrypted by our payment providers.

3. Telemetry and Analytics

The Tungsten executable contains zero telemetry, tracking pixels, or "phone home" mechanisms. It is designed to function seamlessly even if you physically disconnect your computer from the internet.

4. Use of Your Information

We use your email address exclusively to:

• Send your software download link and cryptographic license key.
• Send critical security updates or bug fixes (rarely).
• Handle refund requests or support inquiries initiated by you.

We will never sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties.

The tungsten-finops.com website uses minimal strictly necessary cookies to ensure basic functionality. We do not use third-party tracking cookies, Meta Pixels, or aggressive retargeting scripts.
