1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using the Tungsten software ("Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

Upon payment of the license fee, Alessio Collongues grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Software for your internal business purposes. The license key provided is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase ("Annual License").

3. Zero-Trust & Data Processing

The Software is designed to operate entirely locally on your machine. Alessio Collongues does not collect, transmit, store, or process your AWS data, Cost & Usage Reports (CUR), or any financial information. All processing occurs on your hardware.

4. Disclaimer of Liability ("AS IS")

CRITICAL NOTICE: The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Software analyzes data and generates suggested AWS CLI remediation commands. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING AND EXECUTING THESE COMMANDS.

In no event shall Alessio Collongues, his partners, or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, data loss, infrastructure downtime, or other liability arising from the use of the Software or the execution of its generated remediation scripts.

5. 30-Day ROI Guarantee (Refund Policy)

If the Software fails to identify potential financial waste equal to or greater than the cost of the license within the first 30 days of purchase, you may request a full refund. To process this refund, you must provide the generated summary log (e.g., ci_summary.json) as proof that the identified waste was below the license threshold. As this is a digital product, outside of this specific ROI guarantee, you waive your standard 14-day right of withdrawal upon downloading the executable.

6. Reverse Engineering

You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code or cryptographic license key mechanisms of the Software.

7. Governing Law & Contact
